What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a setting on a device. This site uses a local storage value to remember the cookie choice made in the banner. A future deployment may use additional technologies, but this page should be updated before they are enabled.
| Category | Purpose | Example | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | Core website operation | Cookie preference | Session / persistent |
| Analytics | Usage measurement | Analytics identifier | Varies |
| Functional | Remember preferences | Interface settings | Varies |
Current controls
The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Preferences. The selected choice is stored under cookieConsent so the banner does not unexpectedly return during navigation. This implementation does not load an analytics service merely because Accept All is selected. Optional services should only be added with appropriate notice and controls.
Managing cookies in browsers
Most browsers let you inspect, delete or block cookies in Settings or Preferences. In Chrome, review Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies or Site data. In Microsoft Edge, open Settings and review Cookies and site permissions. In Firefox, open Settings, Privacy & Security and Cookies and Site Data. In Safari, use Settings or Preferences, then Privacy. Menus change over time, so consult the browser’s current help pages if the wording differs.
Blocking all storage may affect remembered preferences, although the informational pages can generally still be read. You can also clear site data for this domain to remove the saved choice and see the banner again.
Third parties and changes
Embedded content, hosting, security tools or analytics may set their own technologies if added later. Their names, purposes and retention periods should be reviewed before use. This policy does not claim verified legal compliance and is not legal advice. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
